It all started from humble beginnings and pure intentions to make a difference in other people’s lives.
Cultivate Care was founded by a married couple who both shared mutual passions of supporting individuals with disabilities.
It all started from humble beginnings and pure intentions to make a difference in other people’s lives. Working as support workers with amazing individuals every day. Achieving goals, ticking off bucket list aspirations, making new friends, countless memories, experiencing what life has to offer with uncontrollable tearing of laughter in between.
Our amazing clients were wanting more hours and days of support with us. Wanting to do more and experience more. They referred their family and friends to us and our services. Their friends and family referred others as well. The word spread on what we were doing and before you knew it, we didn’t have the capacity to provide the standard of service we wanted.
An expansion was necessary. Afraid that the integrity, values and the culture we worked so hard to develop could be diluted with a rapid growth in staff and rushed programs. We wanted to grow slowly to make sure we can still provide the quality of support our clients deserve. It took 2 years to make sure the mixture was right, we wanted only staff that shared the same passion and love for support work as we do, and that our programs have everything our clients are wanting and need.
